is hereby transferred from the Fire Department, Per-
sonal Service Account, to Pensions, Ordinary Mainten-
ance Account, to cover the pension . of James E. Trant, Sr.
Fireman, who is hereby pensioned, effective June 20, 19^-g,
on account of injuries sustained .during the performance
of his duties as a fireman at the rate of $3.00 per day.
Amended by adding "providing this amount agrees with
pension laws."
