The President, Alderman Mallard presiding.
Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Stackpole, Hall,
Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president Brady present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed
with under a suspension of the rules and recoras approved
by yea and nay vote, Aldermen Ryan, Radochla, McCarthy
Hall, Capuano, Whitney, Vice-president Brady and the President,
S, voting in the affirmative; Aldermen Reynolds, Stackpole
and Butler, 3> being absent at this stage of the- meeting.
