existing on Victoria Street where the low gutters result
In the curbstones being very high, and are causing re-
peated damage to automobiles* The condition must be cor-
rected, for In addition, the higi curbstones are a con-
stant hazard to young children.

That hiB honor the Mayor is hereby
requested to include in his 19^9 Budget Estimates, a sum
sufficient to cover the cost of Installing 'Stop Lights'
at North Street and Powder House Boulevard. A small child
was run over by an automobile a short time ago at this
intersection, and the requested lights would tend to
lessen the possibility of further accidents resulting
from the constant flow of traffic.

Street and West qulncy street. The condition existing at
this point Is deplorable, and the repairs must be made
as a safeguard to the residents of the neighborhood.
