budget, to the Somerville Retirement System, PersqnaJ. S_er-
vice Acpount, to cover salary of Elizabeth Lynch, being
transferred from the Law Department, to the Retirement Sys-
tem, at the same rate of pay, namely, §38*00 per week.

Lieutenant at the time, on October 13, 1942.
