The said swing arm having been taken down, the
license granted to Cyril E, Gosse for a swing arm" over
the sidewalk at 1 Union Sq. is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor,
the City Cleric la hereby directed to forward a copy of
this order to the surety company above mentioned.

ordinance,
An Ordinance placing Somerville Recreation
under the supervision of the En-'
gineering Department, Parks and Playgrounds
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, City
of Somerville, as follows;
Section 1. The Recreation Commission established
under Ordinance 136 adopted April 27j 1928 is hereby rer
scinded.
Section 2. The Recreation Department shall here«after
become part and under the supervision of the Engineering
Department, Parks and Playgrounds.
Section 3* This ordinance shall take effect
upon Its passage0
