due to the heavy snow-'fall have caused a"parking<br />

and general"traffic" problem, and I request that your"<br />

Honorable Board take Immediate action on_the following<br />

nSmergency Ordinance 1 : " '<br />

Be It ordained by the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> Somrerville,<br />

as follows!<br />

Section 1. Traffic Regulations <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong>^<strong>Somerville</strong><br />

are hereby amended by this"Emergency Ordinance, "prohibiting<br />

Parking on either side <strong>of</strong> the following streets, between the<br />

hours '<strong>of</strong> 4 to 6 P.M. -<br />

a. HIGHLAND'AVENUE, from School Street to Lowell<br />

b. HOLLAND STREET, from Davis" Square" to'Teele<br />

c. BROADWAY, from Teele Square to the Arlington<br />

Square, on either side.<br />

e. PEARL STREET, fronTNorthern Artery to' Oilman<br />

Square, on either side.^<br />

Section 2. There shall be no parking on all other streets<br />

during this emergency except on the even numbered side, and<br />

this provision shall not in any way affect the provisions<br />

set forth in items, a, b, c, d and e.<br />

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.<br />
