due to the heavy snow-'fall have caused a"parking
and general"traffic" problem, and I request that your"
Honorable Board take Immediate action on_the following
nSmergency Ordinance 1 : " '
Be It ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Somrerville,
as follows!
Section 1. Traffic Regulations of the City of^Somerville
are hereby amended by this"Emergency Ordinance, "prohibiting
Parking on either side of the following streets, between the
hours 'of 4 to 6 P.M. -
a. HIGHLAND'AVENUE, from School Street to Lowell

b. HOLLAND STREET, from Davis" Square" to'Teele
^quare, on either side,
c. BROADWAY, from Teele Square to the Arlington

e. PEARL STREET, fronTNorthern Artery to' Oilman
Square, on either side.^
Section 2. There shall be no parking on all other streets
during this emergency except on the even numbered side, and
this provision shall not in any way affect the provisions
set forth in items, a, b, c, d and e.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
