The President, Alderman Mallard, presiding.
Aldermen Ryan, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Hall,
Butler, Capuano and Whitney present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading diapensed
with under a suspension of the rules and records
approved by yea and nay vote, Aldermen Ryan, Reynolds, Hall,
Butler, Capuano, Whitney and the President, 7, voting in
the affirmative; Aldermen McCarthy, Stackpole and Vicepresident
Brady 3 , being absent at this stage of the
meeting*

Due notice of the hearings having been given by the

In the matter of the petition of Comfort Spring
Corp. for a permit for an electric motor, 48 Grove Street,
Mr. Goldieth, 8 Laurel St., Chelsea, petitioner, appeared
in favor*
In the matter of the petition of Winchester Motors
for a used car dealer's license, 165 McGrath Highway,
J. Catrone, 120 Loring Ave., Winchester, petitioner,
appeared in favor; G. Peruseppe Einitto, 173 McGrath High-
way, appeared in opposition.
No other persons interested, appearing and de-
siring to be heard, the hearings were closed.
