Marblehead (Clifton) , under the name of__Pontiac Dealers
Association of Metropolitan Boston ', Inc., for the purpose
of the following:- To provide and maintain suitable
quarters for the holding of meetings of Its members; to
educate the public as to the construction, use and care
of motor vehicles and accessories of all kinds; to assist
in. sponsoring the building and maintenance of good roads
which will be beneficial to the public; to endeavor to
foster and inculcate the highest standards of integrity
among its members; to disseminate among its members information
as to -the credit" rating of any corporation, firm
or individual; to carry on any other activity in connection
with tfae foregoing purposes wHicli is permitted by Chapter
180 of the General Laws. These purposes shall not include
the right to apply for a license to sell alcoholic beverages.
"this corporation, in all its activities, shall be nonpartisan,
non-sectional and non-sectarian. In no event
shall any financial benefit inure to any member; none of
the ihcorporators reside in Somerville but the corporation
to be located in the city of Somerville, Mass., - 269
McGrath Highway; said application being accompanied by a
report from the Deputy Chief of Police stating that in his
opinion the above mentioned location is suitable.
Placed oh file and certificate to be signed by the
Mayor and Board of Aldermen and forwarded to the Secretary
of the Commonwealth.
