<strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong><br />

Be It ordained by the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> somerville, as follows:<br />

JJeotlon 1. Article *J-, Section 13, <strong>of</strong> the Traffic<br />

Ordinances is hereby amended by inserting in alphabetical<br />

order In Paragraph B; _<br />

<strong>Somerville</strong> Avenue, on the southwesterly<br />

side, between Park Street "and<br />

Bl cache ry Court.*<br />

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its<br />

passage and approval by the Department <strong>of</strong> public Works<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Commonwealth <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts.<br />

to the taxpayers.<br />

Inc. Contract for the salvaging <strong>of</strong> waste paper materials<br />

at the <strong>City</strong> Yards^sald contract having expired, and to<br />

cause also the removal <strong>of</strong> all DeStefano Company property<br />

and equipment used for this purpose on the premises <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>City</strong> Yard Building.
