Forwarding application for certificate- of incorporation
from Angelo puopolp_ and prank A* Marclello, and others not
residents of gomerville under the name of Circolo Anzanesl,
Inc. for the purpose of the following: To encourage and pro-
mote good citizenship, to promote the cultural, social and
political advancement of its member*, and to assist others to
become citizens of the United States of America; and these
purposes shall Include the right to apply for a license to
sell alcoholic beverages, to be located in the city of Boston,
Maes*, said application being accompanied by a. report from
the Chief of police stating that upon investigation he fails
to find any reoerd of the above mentioned persofts ever having
been engaged in the illegal selling of intoxicating liquors
or in the keeping of places or tenements for the purpose of
illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited by law
and that they are persons of good repute.
Placed on file and certificate, to be signed by the
Mayor and Aldermen and forwarded to the Secretary of the Com-
monwealth.
