Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds,<br />

Stackpole, Hall, Butler, capuano, V/hltney and Vicepresident<br />

Reading <strong>of</strong> records commenced; further read-<br />

Ing dispensed with under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and<br />

records approved by yea and nay vote, Aldermen Ryan,<br />

Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds» Hall, Capuano, Whitney,<br />

Vice-president Brady and the President, 9, voting in<br />

the affirmative, Aldermen Stackpole anfl Butler, 2, being<br />

absent at this stage <strong>of</strong> the meetingt .-••••<br />

Received a venire for the drawing <strong>of</strong> one man<br />

to serve as Grand Juror at the Superior Court to be<br />

holden at Cambridge, the person so drawn to appear and<br />

attend at said Court, on Monday, the third day <strong>of</strong> January,<br />

19^9» at 10 A.M.<br />

The box containing the names being shaken and<br />

the slips or ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen<br />

Radochia and Ryan, being designated for that purpose,<br />

drew from the box and read aloud name as follows,<br />
