Read twice and further action deferred under the
rules until the ordinance shall have been printed and a
copy laid on the desk of each alderman.
Alderman Reynolds offered the following order,

That American Bonding Company, of
Baltimore, the surety on sign permit bond, said bond
being given to secure the City of Somerville on account
of a license issued on order of Board of Aldermen to"
Charles Kadetsky for an awning over the sidewalk at
Elm Street on February 23, 1939* be_ and It hereby is
leased'from "further liability as surety on said bond,
provided, however, that this release shell not affect
or release the liability of the said surety on account
of any obligation arising in connection with said bond
prior to the date of the approval of this order by the
Mpyor.
A new permit having been granted to Pauline
Sla_vin arid new bond having been filed with Globe IndemnTty__Company,
the license granted to Charles Kadetsky
for a sign over the sidewalk at 2^1 Elm Street is hereby
revoked*
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor,
the City clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy
of this order to the surety company above mentioned.
Adopted.
Approved by the Mayor July 12, 19^3.
On motion of Alderman stackpole it was voted
to recess until Thursday evening at 7 P»M.
