In the matter <strong>of</strong> the petition <strong>of</strong> Arthur Corela for<br />

a license for a garage rear <strong>of</strong> 368 <strong>Somerville</strong> Ave., hearing<br />

held. Alderman Brady moved petitioner be given leave to<br />

withdraw.<br />

Later a motion for reconsideration was carried<br />

and petition referred •••to Committee on Licenses and Permits.<br />

No persons '-appearing'and desiring to be heard, the<br />

hearings were closed.<br />

find any record <strong>of</strong> the above mentioned persons ever having<br />

been engaged in the illegal selling <strong>of</strong> intoxicating liquors<br />

or in the keeping <strong>of</strong> places or tenements for the purpose<br />

<strong>of</strong> illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited by<br />

law.<br />
