orrow the sum of $291,500.00 and to issue bonds and
notes of the City of somerville, therefor, payable In
not more than five years, to be used for Welfare and
Veterans' Services expenditures, in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 6ll of the" Acts of 19^7, being an
Act authorizing cities and towns to borrow on account
of Public Welfare and Veterans 1 Benefits, and from the
proceeds of said loan of $291,500.00, the sum of
s}137,000.00 to be used for Old Age Assistance; Ordinary
Maintenance Account, the sum of $^5,500.00 toibe used'
for Aid to Dependent Children, O.M. Account, and the sum
of flggjOOO.OO to be used for Public Welfare Miscellaneous
Ordinary Maintenance Account, the sum of $19,000.00 to
be used for Veterans' Services, Ordinary Maintenance Account
and the sum of $2,000.00 to be used for, Soldiers 1
Burials, Ordinary Maintenance Account.
Said bonds to be Issued hereunder shall bear on
their face the words "Somerville Municipal Relief Loan,
Act of
