[being given to secure the City of Soraervllle on account of
a license issued on order of Board of Aldermen to Rex
Cafe" Inc. for a sigi over the sidewalk at 6o2-6oS Sqmerville
Avenue on December 3> 19^2, be and it hereby is released
from further liability as surety on said bond/ provided,
however, that this release shall not affect or release
the liability of the said surety on account of any
obligation arising in connection with said bond prior to
December 23, 19^3> a new bond having been filed on that
date. '
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor,
the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a Oopy of
this order to the surety company above mentioned.
