In Compliance with the ^accompanying pe-
tition signed by residents and property owners from the
vicinity nearby to the U-Llke Cone Company, operating a
manufacturing business at 20^ North street, this City, the
City Solicitor is hereby requested to arrange immediately
for an investigation of the operations of this establish-
ment in order to. determine if it is being conducted ille-
gally at its present location and contrary to municipal
requirements, and if so, to take the necessary measures so
that they will be prevented from continuing operations fur-
ther.
