Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, McCarthy, Reynolds, Stackpole,
Hall, Butler, Capuano, Whitney and Vice-president
Brady present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed
with under a suspension of the rules and records approved
by yea and nay vote, Aldermen Ryan, Radochia, Me-.-
Carthy, Reynolds, Stackpole, Butler, Capuano, Whitney and
the President, 9, voting in the affirmative; Aldermen Hall
and Vice-president Brady, 2, being absent at this stage of
the meeting.
JURORS
Received a venire for the drawing of four men to
serve as Traverse Jurors at the Superior Court to be holden
at Cambridge, the persons so drawn to appear and attend at
the first session of said Court, on Monday, the fourth day
of October, 19^, at 10 A.M. (criminal business)
The box containing the names being shaken and the
slips or ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen
Radochia and McCarthy being designated for that purpose,
drew from the box and read aloud names as follows:
