The Street Commissioner is hereby_

re_quested__to erect at the four approaches to the corner
of Pearl and Franklin Streets, 'STOP SIGNS'', to eliminate
the dangerous traffic conditions existing there. As this
intersection is heavily trafficked and school children
attending the Prescott arid Southworth schools have to
cross these streets, the immediate erection of these signs
becomes a necessity.
