exact streets that same will be collected on and the day,
and further the Superintendent shall continue to post such
notices until such time as his department returns to its
regular schedule* It is necessary to resort to this pro-
cedure for the convenience -of the citizens and taxpayers
and help clean up the streets of the city*

that the commendations of the members.
of this Board of Aldermen be extended to the entire personnel
of the Sanitary Department for the splendid service
they have rendered the residents o£ our City by the
diligent industry and 'zeal they have displayed in the performance
of their very arduous duties during the rigors
and hardships of an unprecedented winter season and throughout
the entire year, and be it further
RESOLVED*
that we extend to them .our appreciation
and gratitude for their devotion to duty, with our
assurances that whenever the occasion requires it, they
will find this Board of Aldermen steadfast and loyal to
their best interests and welfare.
