England Association of Litho Trade Plate Makers, "for the
purpose of " the following: To improve business relations
between persons engaged in the business of Lithographic
Trade Plate Making, to provide an enlarged acquaintance
and more friendly intercourse among such persons, to provide
for collection and dissemination of educational and
other information about the Lithographic Trade plate Mafc^
ing industry, to arrange and provide for the interchange
and exchange of credit information among its members,
and generally to advance the best interests of the busi- .
ness of its members, to be located in the city of Boston,
Mass*,
said applications being accompanied by reports from the
Deputy Chief of Police stf.ting that upon investigation
they fail to find any record of the above mentioned per-
sons ever having been engaged in the Illegal selling of
Intoxicating liquors or in the keeping of places of tene-
ments for the purpose of illegal gaming or in any other
business prohibited by law.
Placed on file and certificates to.be signed by
the Mayor and Aldermen and forwarded to the Secretary
of the Commonwealth.

Dear Mr. President:
In reply to a request recently made,
asking the Somerville Housing Authority, as to why we"
are not functioning under Chapter #200 of the Housing
Law, we wish to state the following facts.
We have been in 'constant communication
with the State Board" of Housing and have complied
with all their requests.
We are now waiting for a decision from
the State Director, Albert S- Bigelpw.
