That_ The Home Indemnity Company, the
surety on .sign permit bond, said bond being given to secure
the C'ity of Somervllle on account of a- license issued on I
grder of Board of Aldermen to Richard J, Leahy for a sign,
over the sidewalk at, 156 Highland Avenue, on December 11;^
1941, be and it hereby is released from further -liability
as surety on said bond,_ provided, however, that thls~~release
shall not affect or release the liability of the
said surety on account of any'pbligation arising in connection
with said bond prior to the date of the approval oif
this order by the Mayor*
A new permit having been granted to Highland
Bowladrome and new bond.' having been filed with Standard
Accident Insurance Company,' the license granted to Richard
J» Leahy for a sign over, the sidewalk at 156 Highland'
Avenue is hereby revoked.

Upon the approval* of this order by the Mayor,,tthe
City, Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this
order to the surety company above mentioned.

to secure the City of Somerville on account of a licenae_
Issued on order of; Board of Aldermen to Ralph W. Smith for
a sign over the sidewalk at 405 Highland Aye., on May 22,
1930, be and it hereby is released from further liability
as surety on said bond, provided, however,..that this release
shall not affect or release the liability of the
said surety on account of. any obligation arising in connection
with said bond prior to the date of the approval of
this order by the Mayor.

4'05 Highland Avenue is hereby revoked.
