a survey it is the opinion <strong>of</strong> the Building .Department, that<br />

anywhere from $>T5,000 to $20,000 must be^ spent In order to<br />

put tho building in satisfactory condition. _<br />

2. The Swedis_h_church which is called Trinit_y_<br />

Lutheran Church, 22 Park Avenue, Somervil'le. Rev. Milton<br />

GuTtaYson, 86 Mt. Vernon Street, Arlington, Mass, is the<br />

minister in charge and in talking with him he mentioned<br />

that_ approximately $20,000. would buy the property but this<br />

muot be subjected to a vote by the entire congregation. , An<br />

"inspection <strong>of</strong> this property reveals that a considerable<br />

amount <strong>of</strong> money would have to be spent because it is really<br />

a church built" within a church. ._<br />

5. The so-called Greek Orthodox church, 217<br />

erville Avenue , '<strong>Somerville</strong> , Mass. A Mr. Henry Vangeel, Secure<br />

and as far as he knows they are undecided as to the disp.osition<br />

<strong>of</strong> the property and services are being conducted there<br />
