An Ordinance Amending the Traffic<br />

Ordinances <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> Somerviile<br />

Be it ordained by the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>, as follows:<br />

Section 1. Article U <strong>of</strong> the Traffic Regulations Is<br />

hereby amended by adding at the end there<strong>of</strong>, the following":<br />

Section 2D. Parking prohibited during certain<br />

hours on "certain streets.<br />

No person shall park a vehicle between the<br />

hp_urs <strong>of</strong> 3:00 A*M. and 5*00 P.M. on any day,<br />

except Sundays .and public holidays, on_<br />

MINER STREET, entire length,_both slde,a<br />

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its<br />

passage and approval by the Department <strong>of</strong> Public Works<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Commonwealth <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts.<br />

the coming winter, thereby being prepared for the emer-<br />

gencies <strong>of</strong> uncertain weather and affecting a saving also<br />

in our customary snow removal costs.
