Basic <strong>Command</strong>sPrerequisitesFor naviseccli, you must have a user account on the storage systemon which you want to execute the command.For navicli, you must have a user entry in the <strong>Navisphere</strong> agentconfiguration file.Options -oExecutes the command without prompting for confirmation.-adduser userlistAdds the users specified in userlist to the authorized user list. Theuser name form is username@hostname. Separate the user entrieswith a space.-contact contactinfoSpecifies new contact information for the agent description field.-description descriptionSpecifies new contents for the agent description field.-f filename (Not supported on AX series)Reads the configuration information from file filename.This file must be in the correct format (same as the agentconfiguration file used in earlier <strong>Navisphere</strong> revisions). The-getconfig -write command automatically creates files in thecorrect format. When you use -f, the <strong>CLI</strong> does not prompt forconfirmation; the -o switch is not needed.-interval intervalChanges the polling interval in seconds to interval. The validrange is 1 to 120.
