Basic <strong>Command</strong>sarrayconfig -duplicate (CX series only)Creates the components in the indicated configuration file on thetargeted storage systemDescriptionIssuing the arrayconfig -duplicate command creates the logicalcomponents listed in the configuration file (generated from issuingthe arrayconfig -capture command) for the indicated storage system.You can view both the status of the duplication operation and the logfile.Before starting the duplication process, the following will be checkedto ensure the targeted storage system qualifies for duplication:Physical components◆ The model number on the targeted storage system must beexactly the same as the source.◆◆◆The targeted storage system must have at least the same numberof disks as the source (includes all RAID groups).The disk enclosure numbers and slot numbers should exactlymatch the source (includes all RAID groups).Drive types must match.◆ The size of the targeted disks must be equal to or greater than thesize of the source disks.Software availability◆ The targeted storage system must have all the system and<strong>Navisphere</strong> software packages available in the source system.Logical componentsThe target system must be in a logically clean state.
