Basic <strong>Command</strong>schgrg (RAID group)Changes properties of a RAID groupDescriptionSyntaxPrerequisitesOptionsThe naviseccli or navicli chgrg command changes the properties of aspecified RAID group. You must use only one of the optionalswitches with chgrg and must specify the RAID group identificationnumber, rgID.chgrg is used with naviseccli (described on page 37) or navicli(described on page 45) as follows:chgrg rgID [-defrag] [-expand disks] [-lex expansion] [-pri priority][-rm yes|no] [-trespass sp]For naviseccli, you must have a user account on the storage systemon which you want to execute the command.For navicli, you must have a user entry in the <strong>Navisphere</strong> agentconfiguration file.rgIDIs the RAID group identification number. rgID specifies a numberbetween 0 and the maximum number of RAID groups supportedby the RAID group storage system.The optional switches are:-defragStarts defragmenting the specified RAID group.-expand disksExpands the RAID group rgID onto the disk(s) specified at agiven priority, and may expand LUNs.disks specifies the physical disks to bind. The order in which youspecify the disks has no significance.
