1 pk mochiko (2 lbs)<br />

2 pk sweetened flake<br />

coconut -(14 oz)<br />

4 c water<br />

1 c sugar<br />

1/2 c honey<br />

1 oil for deep frying<br />

Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.<br />

Deep fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown. Stir occasionally to<br />

prevent balls from sticking together. Put honey in a large pan and<br />

add balls hen toss gently to coat them evenly. Skewer 3 to a stick.
