lb lamb (or mutton lean &)<br />

-Boned<br />

T vegetable oil<br />

T tomato paste<br />

c cabbage,Shredded<br />

onion med.,Sliced<br />

carrots,Sliced<br />

salt,To Taste<br />

pepper,To Taste<br />

garlic cloves,Minced<br />

1/2 t cinnamon,Ground<br />

4 potatos 1/2 cubes,Chopped<br />

1 c green peas<br />

2 c beef broth<br />

1 sour cream<br />

Cut meat into stew sized pieces and fry in the hot oil until browned<br />

along with the garlic and onion. Add the othere ingredients and 1 cup<br />

of the beef broth. Simmer until done. Add more broth if necessary.<br />

garnish with sour cream if you wish.<br />
