2/3 lb pork meat,Lean<br />

1 oil<br />

1 t ginger powder<br />

1 clove of garlic<br />

1. oz pods<br />

1 T sesame seed<br />

2 T catsup<br />

2 T red wine vinegar<br />

2 T sugar<br />

12 cherry tomatoes<br />

1 salt<br />

Cut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a<br />

wok, constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en<br />

pressed garlic and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods,<br />

sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry<br />

another 2 minutes, add salt to taste. Serve.
