On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a long rectangle<br />

about 1-inch thick. Spread the filling evenly over the dough stopping<br />

1-inch from one long edge and roll up, making sure that the filling is<br />

sealed inside. Place on a non-stick baking sheet, seam<br />

side down. Bake in a preheated 350 Degree F. oven for 35 to 40<br />

minutes. Brush with thegg laze and cool on a wire rack.<br />

lb blackberries<br />

clove garlic,minced<br />

1/4 c finely cilantro,Chopped<br />

1 T finely mint,Chopped<br />

2 T finely thyme,Chopped<br />

1 small onion,finely chopped<br />

1 small cucumber,Peeled<br />

-seeded,& d,iced<br />

1 salt<br />

1 t wine vinegar<br />

1 sour cream<br />

Crush blackberries and strain off juice. Add water to juice to<br />

make 3 1/2 cups liquid. Add garlic, cilantro, mint, thyme, onion,<br />

cucumber, salt to taste and vinegar. Stir well and chill. Pass with<br />

sour cream.<br />

Makes 6 servings.
