1/3 c red wine vinegar<br />

1/2 c olive oil<br />

2 t sugar<br />

2 t dried dill (or -),Chopped<br />

2 T dill fresh & fine,Chopped<br />

Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish<br />

and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
