a deep golden brown. Remove cakes from pans. Sprinkle them<br />

with rum.<br />

While they are still warm, brush with rum fondant; or dust with<br />

vanilla sugar after cakes are cool. 1 large or 2 medium-size<br />

cakes.<br />

Pork And Mushroom Stroganoff<br />

1 Servings<br />

3/4 lb fettucine<br />

1 T oil<br />

1 lb pork schnitzel,cut into<br />

strips<br />

onion,sliced<br />

pk mushroom soup mix<br />

c water<br />

T tomato paste<br />

oz mushrooms<br />

1/2 c reduced cream<br />

2 T lemon juice<br />

Cook pasta following packet directions. Prepare sauce while pasta is<br />

cooking.<br />

Heat oil in frying pan. Add pork & onion. Stir fry for 2-3<br />

minutes. Combine soup mix, water & tomato paste. Add to pan<br />

with mushrooms.<br />

Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in<br />

reduced cream & lemon juice.<br />

Drain pasta; place on serving plates. Serve pork & mushroom<br />

mixture on top. Serves 4.
