1 cheese filling<br />

1/2 lb dry cottage cheese,mashed<br />

to eliminate the lumps.<br />

for salt/herb<br />

version 1/2 t salt<br />

1 scant tablespoon of,Chopped<br />

green dill weed (or chives.)<br />

for sweet version<br />

1 sugar,to taste<br />

1 cinnamon,to taste<br />

1/4 c white raisins<br />

cabbage filling<br />

md onion,chopped<br />

scant 2 tsp oleo<br />

md head cabbage<br />

qt sauerkraut juice or<br />

14 oz can of sauerkraut,do not<br />
