To avoid possible signal distortion, the Y-Axis multiplier in the<br />

configuration of the virtual detector must be equal to that of the<br />

selected User Detector.<br />

Argument Y<br />

This option becomes accessible, if the Argument X field is activated. The<br />

setting dialogs for Y are than the same as for X.<br />

Formula (X,Y)<br />

You can either fill-in the desired formula or you can select it from the pulldown<br />

menu, providing all of the formulas used before.<br />

Formula possibilities<br />

Following functions, constants, and operations will be supported:<br />

Functions: "SIN", "COS", "TG", "ASIN", "ATG", "EXP", "LG" (log10),<br />

"LN" (ln), "SH" (hyperbolic sine), "CH" (hyperbolic cosine),<br />

"TH" (hyperbolic tangent), "SQRT", "ABS", "RAND"<br />

(randomizer).<br />

Constants: "PI" ( 3.141592653), "E" (e = 2.71828183).<br />

Operations: Addition "+", Subtraction "-", Multiplication "*", Division "/",<br />

Power "^", unary plus and minus.<br />

Pressing this button a dialog box appears to create a time table for<br />

changing the formula during a run.<br />
