Export settings<br />

Click this button to select export options and path.<br />

Zooming on the Calibration curve<br />

You can zoom on the SEC Calibration curve by clicking and dragging<br />

with the mouse. Double-click the mouse in the graph area to unzoom the<br />

curve view.<br />

If you select Universal for the Calibration Type, the following screen will<br />

appear.<br />

Enable Analysis<br />

Click this box to enable SEC calculations for the current channel. Each<br />

channel can have its own analysis conditions.<br />

Molecular Mass<br />

For each calibration peak, enter a Molecular Mass that is representative<br />

of the calibration standard peak.<br />

Average Time (min)<br />

Enter the time in minutes of the calibration standard peak. If you have<br />

used the graphical Define SEC Peaks command, the peak times will be<br />

entered already for you. Note: the time is converted to seconds for<br />

calibration and Molecular Mass calculations.<br />

Use Constants<br />

Select the constants to be used in the calibration - either Mark-Houwink<br />

or Viscosity from the drop-down selection. Based on your selection, the<br />

appropriate columns in your spreadsheet will become active.
