Run Information<br />

This section allows you to specify files for the run.<br />

Sample ID<br />

Enter a Sample ID for the run. This can contain text and numbers, and is<br />

saved with the data file.<br />

Method<br />

Enter the name of the method to be used for data acquisition and<br />

processing. Include the entire path name if the method is not in your<br />

default method directory. You can select the method from a list of<br />

methods available on your disk by clicking the File button adjacent to the<br />

field.<br />

Data Path<br />

Enter a path name where the data acquired for this run will be stored.<br />

Click the File button to select a path from a list of those on your disk.<br />

Data File<br />

Enter a file name to be used to save the data on disk. You can select a<br />

path by clicking the File button adjacent to the field. It is not possible to<br />

use an existing file name, unless the file exists in located in a directory<br />

whose path contains the term “public”. For example, if you data files are<br />

saved in a directory entitled “C:\Public\Data”, the ChromGate ®<br />

Client/Server files saved in this directory can be overwritten.<br />

Print Method Report<br />

When this box is checked, the method report (or reports) will be printed at<br />

the end of the run.
