In 2013 this enoteca in Turin’s San Salvario neighborhood will celebrate ten years of
successful business, summed up in the owners’ motto: “Wine moment, please!”. By
which they mean, “Take a it easy, take a moment off to savor a good wine”. This is
certainly the right place to do that: 1,000 and more Italian and foreign labels, with France
standing out among the latter thanks to its Champagnes and great reds, Burgundy first
and foremost. Here you’ll find all the big name producers, but also and above all fantastic
bottles from the smaller ones, especially cellars that adopt organic and biodynamic
methods. You’ll also be met by the best craft beers from microbreweries, carefully selected
extra virgin olive oils and all the paraphernalia of wine tasting: corkscrews, decanters and
so on. In a second room, aperitifs are served of an evening, when a thoughtful selection of
wines by the glass is accompanied by tasty savories.
