arsifal is the knight whose pure folly bound his life to the Holy Grail. Inspired
by the character, Sergio Martinello and Guglielmo Pepe have given life to this
interesting craft brewery where research work, creativity and a touch of madness combine
to make “a glass of beer that can seduce”. Here they’ll take you on a tour of their beers,
from the lightest, such as high-fermentation weiss-style Lady Morgana and Avalon, a low
fermentation pils, to the strongest, high-fermentation drinks such as the Belgian saison-
style Ginevra, ale-style Camelot, and Scotch ale-style Madoc. Interesting too are the
seasonal, high-fermentation Irish-stout style Tor and Birra d’Inverno, a high-fermentation
“winter beer” made in the style of a Belgian ale. The newest addition to the range is Artù,
a strong, rich, malty lager with light notes of fruit and chocolate.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7.30pm onwards. Shop open from 2pm to 7.30pm.
