Det er hevdet at kornslag som spelt og bygg er sunnere enn andre kornslag. Dette er det<br />

vanskelig <strong>å</strong> dokumentere vitenskapelig. Foreløpig er det ikke nok kunnskap til <strong>å</strong> kunne gi<br />

detaljerte anbefalinger om inntaket av ulike kornslag.<br />

5. Litteratursøk<br />

I hovedsak er det benyttet de systematiske kunnskapsoppsummeringene som det er redegjort<br />

<strong>for</strong> i kapittel 4. I tillegg er det gjort litteratursøk <strong>for</strong> perioden 1. januar 2000 til 1. november<br />
