During the emergency stop, Err001 EMERGENCY STOP isdisplayed on the screen and the table becomes the emergency stop state.. In the emergency stop state, an alarm is outputted. When the emergencystop button is pushed, the emergency stop mode is outputted to theexternal equipment.. During the emergency stop, the main power source of the servo amplifieris turned OFF and the circular table cannot be operated.6.1.2.To releaseEMERGENCY STOP※ Remove the cause of fault before releasing the emergency stop.. When the EMERGENCY STOP button is turned to right, the button comesout.. When pushing RESET on the panel, the emergency stop is released.It can also be released with the external RESET (RST) button except thepanel.. The alarm OUTPUT and emergency stop OUTPUT outputted during theemergency stop are turned OFF..
