LOS SUBTEXTOS DE LA MESIANICIDAD. EL PODER CONSTITUYENTE DEL EVISMOLa fijación en la figura particular de un pasado ya transcurrió y el rechazo delneoliberalismo ha sido visto como un logro que traslapa la teleología humanonaturalezacomo algo que es particularmente andino. Inclusive la economía habladel “capitalismo andino” como una versión propia teñida de ideologías comunitaristas(en realidad una economía mixta y aylluica) en la que la reciprocidad y elintercambio ocurren fuera de la “acumulación por desposesión” (Harvey). En elcaso andino, la mesianicidad sin mesianismo de Derrida logró, por extrapolación,una secularidad ateológica que reposiciona el conocimiento indígena: “el ayllu esun espacio de saber colectivo fundado en la memoria del saber práctico e intelectual.Aquí existen las memorias del saber cosmológico y la práctica del sistemapolítico de la rotación de cargos y funciones” (Mamani Ramírez, 2005: 32). Lamesianicidad posee ligazones profundas, pero la realpolitik detiene su escatología almismo tiempo que aglutina aspiraciones colectivas que cancelan abruptamente susexpectativas, porque la mesianicidad puede solamente inspirar “una oportunidadrevolucionaria en la lucha por el pasado oprimido” (Benjamin [1955], 1978: 263).Para los ojos del pueblo y su larga memoria, Evo encarna la realización dela tan larga expectativa de la esperanza desesperanzada. Pero el pueblo tambiénsabe que ya es otro tiempo el presente, tal como Benjamin lo señalara: “El pasadosólo puede capturarse como una imagen que encandila en el instante cuando selo puede reconocer y no se lo vuelve a ver otra vez” (Ibid.: 255). Michael Taussig(2009: 199), en su lectura de Proust, nos ayuda a entender el término “imagen” queBenjamin tiene en la cabeza: “Ella es una imagen que puede afectar, aun alterar,las capas más profundas del ser de uno donde reina el hábito de tal manera quelas disposiciones encarnadas se transfieren juntas a un otro registro —del vacíotiempo homogéneo al ‘tiempo repleto de la presencia del ahora’ que estalla desdeel continuum de la historia.” Mientras tanto, como anotan Hylton y Sinclair(2007: 149): “Los historiadores aymara han recogido el Quip nayr uñtasis sartañani—‘caminar hacia adelante mientras se mira hacia atrás’, para orientar las accionescultural-políticas contemporáneas de acuerdo a la memoria de las luchas pasadasque enfrentaron nuestros predecesores.” Así, la mesianicidad vacía de Derrida esuna imposibilidad, los movimientos sociales de toda una “sociología de ausencias”(Santos, 2006: 103) tienden a rellenarla y, en el caso de los materiales andinos, “elloes el montaje de memorias que, cual reflejos, aparecen en los momentos de peligroadquiriendo significados especiales en momentos de crisis política” (Taussig, 2010:198), ya que “el despertar de los muertos sirve el propósito de glorificar nuevasluchas y no las de parodiar las antiguas” (Marx [1852], 1987: 17).La sociedad boliviana se ve ahora energizando una revolución social bajo elgobierno de Evo Morales Ayma. Luego, constituye el espacio donde los residuosde la mesianicidad y el imago se transformaron en un tiempo histórico deshegemonizadoy plurinacional. El impacto de ese notable cambio también afirma queya es otro tiempo el presente.202
