The case studies of five German ports show the process of establishingnew passenger terminals as well as modernisation or construction of passenger vessels’serving facilities. This currently ongoing development is an answer to continuous risein number of passenger ships in the Baltic region and increasing number of touristswilling to spend their holidays cruising along Baltic costs.Translated by Barbara Łuczak
