Gen.27:44 And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother's fury turn away;<br />

Gen.27:45 Until thy brother's anger turn away from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to<br />

him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both<br />

in one day?<br />

kai thn orghn tou adelfou sou apo sou kai epilaqhtai a pepoihkaV autw kai aposteilasa<br />

metapemyomai se ekeiqen mhpote ateknwqw apo twn duo umwn en hmera mia<br />

Gen.27:46 And Rebekah said to Isaac, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if<br />

Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of<br />

the land, what good shall my life do me?<br />

eipen de rebekka proV isaak proswcqika th zwh mou dia taV qugateraV twn uiwn cet ei lhmyetai<br />

iakwb gunaika apo twn qugaterwn thV ghV tauthV ina ti moi zhn<br />

Gen.28:1 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt<br />

not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.<br />

proskalesamenoV de isaak ton iakwb euloghsen auton kai eneteilato autw legwn ou lhmyh<br />

gunaika ek twn qugaterwn canaan<br />

Gen.28:2 Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife<br />

from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother.<br />

anastaV apodraqi eiV thn mesopotamian eiV ton oikon baqouhl tou patroV thV mhtroV sou kai labe<br />

seautw ekeiqen gunaika ek twn qugaterwn laban tou adelfou thV mhtroV sou<br />

Gen.28:3 And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest<br />

be a multitude of people;<br />

o de qeoV mou euloghsai se kai auxhsai se kai plhqunai se kai esh eiV sunagwgaV eqnwn<br />

Gen.28:4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou<br />

mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.<br />

kai dwh soi thn eulogian abraam tou patroV mou soi kai tw spermati sou meta se klhronomhsai<br />

thn ghn thV paroikhsewV sou hn edwken o qeoV tw abraam<br />

Gen.28:5 And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the<br />

Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.<br />

kai apesteilen isaak ton iakwb kai eporeuqh eiV thn mesopotamian proV laban ton uion baqouhl<br />

tou surou adelfon de rebekkaV thV mhtroV iakwb kai hsau<br />

Gen.28:6 When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take<br />

him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou<br />

shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan;<br />

eiden de hsau oti euloghsen isaak ton iakwb kai apwceto eiV thn mesopotamian suriaV labein<br />

eautw ekeiqen gunaika en tw eulogein auton kai eneteilato autw legwn ou lhmyh gunaika apo twn<br />

qugaterwn canaan<br />

Gen.28:7 And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram;<br />

kai hkousen iakwb tou patroV kai thV mhtroV autou kai eporeuqh eiV thn mesopotamian suriaV<br />

Gen.28:8 And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;<br />

kai eiden hsau oti ponhrai eisin ai qugatereV canaan enantion isaak tou patroV autou<br />

Gen.28:9 Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the<br />

daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.<br />

kai eporeuqh hsau proV ismahl kai elaben thn maeleq qugatera ismahl tou uiou abraam adelfhn<br />

nabaiwq proV taiV gunaixin autou gunaika<br />

Gen.28:10 And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.<br />

kai exhlqen iakwb apo tou freatoV tou orkou kai eporeuqh eiV carran<br />

Gen.28:11 And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set;<br />

and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that<br />

place to sleep.<br />
