G. In the event that Bidder requests a change of a previously approved item, Bidder shall
reimburse CMAR forCMAR/ Engineer’s charges for its review time unless the need for
such change is beyond the control of Bidder.”
Make the following modifications to 6.18 Continuing the Work
A. Delete the following from paragraph 6.18 – “or as Owner and CMAR may otherwise agree
in writing.” Add the following language at the end of the second sentence of paragraph 6.18
of the General Conditions:
“Bidder assumes and bears responsibility for all costs and time delays associated with any
variation from the requirements of the Contract Documents. “
SC‐6.20
Make the following modifications to 6.20 INDEMNIFICATION
A. Add new paragraphs immediately after paragraph 6.20 A.2:
“3. FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIENS, OR SUITS ALLEGING NON‐PAYMENT BY CMAR
BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHO FURNISHED LABOR, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT FOR
USE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT, PROVIDED THERE IS NO Owner DEFAULT.”

Make the following modifications to 9.03 Project Representative
A. Delete paragraph 9.03 in its entirety. Add the following:
“9.03 Project Representative
A. The Engineer will have a Resident Project Representative on the Site. The
duties, responsibilities and the limitations of authority of the Resident Project
Representative, and designated assistants, are as follows:
1. Resident Project Representative is Engineer's agent at the site, will act as
directed by and under the supervision of Engineer, and will confer with
Engineer regarding Resident Project Representative's actions. Resident
Project Representative's dealings in matters pertaining to the on‐site Work
shall in general be with Engineer and CMAR, keeping Owner advised as
necessary. Resident Project Representative's dealings with Subcontractors
shall only be through or with full knowledge and approval of CMAR. Resident
Project Representative shall generally communicate with Owner with the
knowledge of and under the direction of Engineer.
