G. Add a new paragraph 1.01 A. 53:
“53. Owner's Budget– The amounted budgeted by the Owner for the Construction of
the Project, which is to include all fees paid to the Construction Manager for preconstruction,
procurement and construction of the project. The Guaranteed Maximum
Price cannot exceed the Owner's Budget unless Owner issues a Change Order to modify
the Owner's Budget.
H. Add a new paragraph 1.01 A. 54:
“54. Guaranteed Maximum Price –.Total compensation which the Construction
Manager will be paid for the construction of the project
I. Add a new paragraph 1.01 A. 55:
“55. Offeror – The individual or entity who submits a Proposal directly to Owner for
providing Construction Manager at Risk services.”
J. Add a new paragraph 1.01 A. 56:
“56. Proposal– The offer or proposal of an Offeror submitted on the prescribed forms
setting forth the prices for the Work to be performed.
K. Add a new paragraph 1.01 A. 57:
“57. Proposal Security – The financial security in the form of a bid bond provided by
Offerors at the time the Proposal is submitted until Performance, Payment and other
bonds required by the Contract document in the amount of 100% of the Owner's Budget
or Guaranteed Maximum Price are provided.
C. Add the following to 1.01 A.:
58. Modification ‐ (a) Written Amendment; (b) Change Order; (c) Field Order; (d) Work
Change Directive
SC‐1.02 Make the following modifications to 1.02 Terminology.
A. Add a new paragraph “B.2” as follows:
"2. At no additional cost to Owner", "With no extra compensation to Bidder", "At Bidder's
own expense", or similar words mean that the Bidder will perform or provide specified
operation of work without any increase in the Contract Amount. It is understood that
