Bidder must answer all questions in the following Attachments clearly and comprehensively. If
necessary, answers may be continued on separately attached sheets.
In order to submit a responsive bid, Bidder must complete and submit the Attachments as
indicated in the chart below with the Bid. Bidder agrees that in determining the Best Value Bid
Colorado River Municipal Water District (Owner) and Daniel B. Stephens & Associates,
Inc./Freese and Nichols (Engineers) will consider the Bidder’s information provided to this
questionnaire in awarding a Contract for this Project. Anything in Attachments A, B, C, D, E, F
and G that might negatively impact a Bidder’s ability to complete the Work within the specified
Time and for the proposed price may result in the Bid being rejected.
Acceptance of Evaluation Methodology: By submitting a bid, Bidder accepts the evaluation
process and acknowledges and accepts that determination of the “best value” firms will require
subjective judgments by the Owner / Engineer s. See “Instructions to Bidders’ section for
additional information regarding the bid evaluation process.
