3. Shall not undertake any of the responsibilities of CMAR, Subcontractor, Suppliers, or CMAR's superintendent. 4. Shall not advise on, issue directions relative to or assume control over any aspect of the means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction unless such advice or directions are specifically required by the Contract Documents. 5. Shall not advise on, issue directions regarding or assume control over safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work or any activities or operations of Owner or CMAR. 6. Shall not accept shop drawing or sample submittals from anyone other than the CMAR. 7. Amend paragraph 10.05 as follows: “Change the reference in the first sentence from “30 days” to “7 days.” SC‐11.01 Make the following modifications to 11.01 Cost of the Work A. Amend paragraph 11.01 A. of the General Conditions by striking out the following words in the third sentence: "those prevailing in the locality of the Project, shall include only the following items, and shall not include any of the costs itemized in paragraph 11.01 B." and adding the following: "those paid for the Work included in the Contract Price, shall include only the following items, and shall not include any of the costs itemized in paragraph 11.01 B. Amend paragraph 11.01 B.1 by adding the following to the list of excluded personnel in the first sentence: “superintendents” E. Amend paragraph 11.01 D. by modifying the sentence to read as follows; “..... and submit in a form and at intervals acceptable to Engineer ...” SC‐11.03 Make the following modifications to 11.03 Unit Price Work A. Delete Paragraph 11.03 C. of the General Conditions in its entirety and insert the following in its place: “11.03 C. The unit price of an item of Unit Price Work shall be subject to reevaluation and adjustment in accordance with paragraph 10.05 under the following conditions: 11.03 C.1. if the total cost of a particular item of Unit Price Work amounts to twenty percent (20%) or more of the Contract Price and the variation in the quantity of that particular item of Unit Price Work performed by the Bidder differs by more than twenty percent (20%) from the estimated quantity of such item indicated in the Agreement; and 11.03 C.2. if there is not corresponding adjustments with respect to any other item of Work; and 11.03 C.3. if Bidder believes that Bidder has incurred additional expense as a result thereof; or if Owner/CMAR believes that the quantity variation entitles Owner/CMAR to an adjustment in the Unit Price, either the Owner/CMAR or Bidder may make a claim for an adjustment in the Contract Price in accordance with Article 11.01 if the parties are Supplementary Conditions (Revised per Garney) Colorado River Municipal Water District Ward County Water Supply Expansion Project - Pump Stations 00 73 00 - 23 12/28/2011
