3.7.3.4 Chip Test Register<br />

The chip test register (CTR) is reserved for factory testing.<br />

NOTE:<br />

To safeguard against unintentionally activating test logic, write $0000 to<br />

the lock-out test features. Setting any bit in CTR may lead to<br />

unpredictable results.<br />
