This device has two programmable interrupt timers. PIT1 has a base<br />

address located at 0x00c8_0000. PIT2 base address is 0x00c9_0000.<br />

The PIT programming model consists of these registers:<br />

• The PIT control and status register (PCSR) configures the timer’s<br />

operation.<br />

• The PIT modulus register (PMR) determines the timer modulus<br />

reload value.<br />

• The PIT count register (PCNTR) provides visibility to the counter<br />

value.<br />
