The 16-bit interrupt control register (ICR) selects whether interrupt<br />

requests are autovectored or vectored, and if vectored, whether fast<br />

interrupts generate a different vector number than normal interrupts.<br />

This register also controls the masking functions.<br />

AE — Autovector Enable Bit<br />

The read/write AE bit enables autovectored interrupt requests. Reset<br />

sets AE.<br />

1 = Autovectored interrupt requests<br />

0 = Vectored interrupt requests<br />

FVE — Fast Vector Enable Bit<br />

The read/write FVE bit enables fast vectored interrupt requests to<br />

have vector numbers separate from normal vectored interrupt<br />

requests. Reset clears FVE.<br />

1 = Unique vector numbers for fast vectored interrupt requests<br />

0 = Same vector number for fast and normal vectored interrupt<br />

requests<br />
